On December 20th, the eighth representative conference of the Lishui Disabled Persons' Federation was held in Lishui. The conference read out the document "Notice of the Communist Party of China Lishui Municipal Committee and Lishui Municipal People's Government on Commending the Collective and Individual for Their Outstanding Achievements in Self Strengthening and Disability Assistance in Lishui City".
In recent years, in the process of promoting the high-quality development of the disabled cause in our city, a large number of disabled representatives who are physically challenged, self-improvement, and brave to surpass themselves have emerged, as well as individuals and collectives who are willing to contribute, hardworking, and dedicated to solving problems for disabled people. In order to further promote the concept of equality, participation, and sharing in modern civilized society, encourage disabled people to become stronger and more independent, and stimulate the vitality of social disability assistance, the Municipal Party Committee and Government have decided to commend 60 disabled model collectives such as Zhejiang Feiwang Pump Valve Co., Ltd., as well as 10 self strengthening model individuals such as Ye Jialin, 100 "most beautiful disabled people" such as Lin Xuanqi, and 10 disabled model individuals such as Fan Peiren.
Among them, some were honest and trustworthy, winning a prize of 5 million yuan in the lottery on their behalf, and they handed it over to the buyer as soon as possible; Some are happy to help others and have traveled throughout remote mountain villages, caring for the elderly and those in financial difficulties; Some are dedicated and dedicated, persisting in the "one person flag raising ceremony" for 20 consecutive years, and their fervent loyalty to the party and patriotism have touched China; Some dare to fight and move forward bravely in the arena, standing on the world's highest podium; Some enterprises invest tens of millions of yuan in entrepreneurship and innovation, leading villagers towards common prosperity; Some of them have exquisite craftsmanship, with celadon works that have both traditional charm and modern aesthetics, and have been selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as diplomatic gifts for national leaders.
